there are so many others to be mentioned: battle chess (i know the guy that wrote this on the old old old mac environment...), number munchers, word munchers, swamp gas(!!)

i love oregon trail. and my goodness, snood- my freshman year of college, everyone was playing that game 24 hours a day.
