1. Not Being Punctual it's just rude. have consideration for other people. it kills me. i grew up with a habitually late mother.
2. Faulty Grammar not only incorrect punctuation, but ESPECIALLY to/too, there/their/they're, your/you're, and it's/its. i feel slightly guilty about this one, because some people just get crappy grammar teachers in middle school and are screwed for the rest of their lives. but seriously, it's pretty easy stuff.
3. People Who Believe Certain Things And Have No Idea Why They Believe Them. it's cool to be young and anti-everything. don't get me wrong- i'm anti-things... but if i am, i know why and i can stand behind it.
4. Not Filling The Ice Cube Tray if you take ice cubes, fill the tray!! it's just considerate.
5. Dishes In The Sink if you have roommates this is important, if you live alone- not so much. when i used to have roommates i hated that they never did their dishes! because they've decided not to wash their dishes and leave them in the sink, i couldn't actually use the sink for its purpose. i washed every dish after i was done with it, every single one. again, be considerate of the people around you.

basically when people do not have consideration for other people. i too have a lot of things that bother me. actually i've decided my number one is when people don't listen to you when you're talking. it's so rude. especially don't ask me a question and then not listen to the answer. come on! other pet peeves include: silverware on ceramic/glass dishes- check my cabinets, 90% of my dishes are plastic.. the sound of silverware on a ceramic plate or bowl kills me, it literally causes pain to my ears. inconsistency- why are you against diamonds because they are "unethical" but you wear clothes that are made by small children in other countries with no child labor laws? rude people- say please and thank you, ask for things instead of taking them (ask me before you reach over and grab my pen to use please!), don't answer your cell phone in a keynote address at a conference, etc. don't leave your hair in the shower drain!! it's gross and now i'm ankle deep in water while taking a shower because you're too lazy to cle
