To the mini-Peter: Yes, it's a character. You never understand my top fives. To the regular Peter: Obviously Cuddy is evil. And the only way your wife is going to let you name your child "Wackmo" is if she's in a coma when the baby is born, and you have power of attorney, and she didn't have the forethought to add a "No Wackmo" clause. Even then, "Wackmo" will probably kill you as soon as he realizes how much you've ruined his life.
