blackberries (again)
my hatred for blackberries (and the america cell phone service model) is growing more quickly than ever.
as you know, i'll be in the states on tuesday for a few weeks. since at&t has a gun to my head, i've chosen to use their cheapest, contract-free plan, which does not include data. i'm using this to keep my number, and for nothing else. (i'll probably ditch it at this point, but that's a different rant)
while in america, i was planning on using my company BB sim card in my iphone. that way, i can have a number, texts, and data all in one.
but nooooo. blackberry, because it uses a service that is a zillion years old, doesn't use the real internet. thus, the service doesn't include the real internet. so, if i want to use my iphone, i won't have data. and if i want to use data, i'll need to pay at&t even more (and they'll probably make me either pay a ton or sign a contract).
i hate blackberries. and i hate american service providers. they are all evil.
