after a long while...

yes, i am aware that it has been quite some time since i've posted anything. and though most of you probably have never read any of these blog type things (which is perfectly fine and understandable), i thought i'd keep those of you who do read them up to date. i'm in analysis of algorithms right now, a miserably demanding course. though the subject matter is not anything too difficult, the class has been rather time consuming and, on top of other things going on in the current, quite stressful. so, i've decided to take it a bit easier.

today i went and played pool and drank some queen's blonde at phantom canyon with stefan and had a great time. we discussed our plans for the trip to europe (april-ish: germany, spain, netherlands, my fatherland, specifically the flemish region, italy, perhaps scotland or switzerland). afterwards, since the free pizza at some campus thing was gone, katelin and i had some freschetta oven pizza, which is delicious. and then poppy came over and we all watched the office. it was a lot of fun. and then katelin and i hung out a bit more and i had a great time, and then left to go back to phantom canyon with jeremy and play more pool. what a blast pool can be. especially if you play games that are cooler than eight ball. i've also been trying to watch movies more, since my life feels lacking when movies aren't a big part of it

also. tests do not test your knowledge better just because they're twice as long as they should be. and no test should be six hours. especially if it's not a final. just wanted to mention that.

so as another part of my trying to take it a bit easier and appreciate the beauties of life and so forth, i decided to make a new addition to peterdot. it's simple, so don't get too excited. mainly something to check out if you're deathly bored. note at the bottom of the page in the pile of links that there is a new one. i added a peon's favorite poetry page, which has some of my favorite poetry. i've only posted up a few, but i'll be adding more as i find them. unless you guys suggest it, i won't set an alert message when i post one (like with the wall or top fives), so just check back occasionally if you're interested. i hope you like it. i love some of those poems. and if you guys like the idea, i'll make it so you can post some too (including your own, which would be a blast, i think). but i won't do anything (since i'm rather busy) until you suggest. but please feel free to suggest!

as a sidenote: my 'e' key is giving me problems. i have to push it really hard. for those of you who can read or write english, you know that 'e's are very common. prhaps nxt tim i'll snd out a mssag using vry lttr xcpt e. that would be wack.
